CHARTERED MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE – “TIME EXPIRED” QUALIFICATION PROGRAMMES

The table below summarises Chartered Management Institute (CMI) qualifications that can be achieved by present and former service personnel who deserve recognition but who do not qualify for current service course accreditation.  Bespoke programmes are designed for each candidate based on evidence of achievement from attendance on formal service courses.

 

All qualifications offered are on the national QUALIFICATIONS CREDIT FRAMEWORK (OCF)

PROGRAMME INTRODUCTION

                                                     MANAGEMENT SKILL SCAN.  With tutor guidance candidate is to provide the following:

                                                     a.  Documentary evidence of successful service course completion

                                                     b.  Comprehensive CV and CPD documents

                                                     c.  Detailed Job Specification

                                                     d.  Evidence current knowledge, understanding and capability against qualification Units

                                                     NOTE: Subject to the outcome of the “MANAGEMENT SKILL SCAN”:

                                                     a. Qualification Units and Credits are identified and accredited

                                                     b. Additional Qualification Units and Credits are identified, tutored and assessed to achieve a CMI qualification on the QCF

TAKE AND PASS UNIT ASSIGNMENTS APPROPRIATE TO PROGRAMME QUALIFICATION

 

If the Level 7 Diploma is achieved with 104 Credits then the Institute will also award its Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management  (PGDSM)

Leads to Qualifications at

Earns Cumulative Accreditation Transfer Scheme (CATS) Points with selected academic institutions.  See CMI ‘Progressions and Exemptions’.  Document can be provided on request
